1970 Camaro Z28 Pro Touring Project
1970 1/2 Z28 Camaro, came to us as a real nice pro touring car already. The car features air ride tech suspension, fast fuel injection, and 5 speed, already. The car is now being taken over the top and is sure to make you turn your heads and keep you looking. We are set to put vintage air on the car, clean up under the hood and make everything clean and neat, as well add 6 piston 4 wheel disk and up date the dash and incorporate the air ride controller and fast fuel injection controller into the dash and console. We are also going to be updating the interior from a original style to a modern more custom interior. Stay tuned as this car goes from a very nice pro touring camaro to over the top.
Update (May 15, 2017)- As the Camaro moved to a work space to begin work, we noticed that the rear end in the car was sitting just to the right, after pulling several measurements and checking them two more times, the rear end in the car is actually to far to the right and the driveshaft is actually hitting the tunnel in the car. So to add to the todo list, new air ride tech brackets have been ordered and we will be correcting this. The interior dash and under the hood is being torn apart so that the rest of the work can continue as the customer wants.
Progress Report
-Rear end in the car repositioned and corrected for a better ride
-firewall cleaned up and painted, as well inner fenders
-vintage air system being installed in the car
-custom bracket made for the MSD ignition and hidden under the dash
-under dash wiring as well as under the hood corrected and issues fixed
